The story of Jesus and the woman at the well from John 4 showed me that more than physical healing, Jesus heals the wounds in our hearts. The stained glass, when put against the light, reflects how Jesus shines his light into our hearts, reveals our wounds and chases away the darkness. As we drink from the living water that is Christ, we begin to find healing and life.
