My artwork is about ‘Eternity’. A place to go after my death brings me hope because our earthly life is perishable. However, accepting Jesus into my life brings hope and His Word in John 14:2 (NIV) gives me the assurance I need: “My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?”

The work depicts withered grass and wild flowers. What was once vibrant and alive is now withered and bowed against the fading evening light.
Noah was a righteous man amongst the corrupted in his generations. During the flood, he was kept safe along with the animals in the ark, for he had found favour in God’s eyes. When the flood was over, God made a rainbow appear and promised Noah that He would not destroy the earth again.
This artwork depicts my version of the “Noah’s Ark”. The three animals are my favourite animals. It was my greatest joy to be able to draw freely using my imagination.
No matter how great the storm is, there is always hope when we are together.
