He promises to be with me all the time – whether it rains or shines. He holds my hand and never let it go. Through the rain, at times of trouble, He is always there. Thank you Lord, for walking with me, especially through the storms in my life; and for protecting me and holding me close.

God promised that He will not destroy the world with a flood and created a rainbow. Every time the rainbow appears, it reminds us about God’s promise.
My artwork is about ‘Eternity’. A place to go after my death brings me hope because our earthly life is perishable. However, accepting Jesus into my life brings hope and His Word in John 14:2 (NIV) gives me the assurance I need: “My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?”
My picture depicts the promise that Abraham and Sarah received from the three visitors. God made a covenant with Abraham and said that Abraham will father a great nation. Later, three men visited Abraham and Sarah near the great trees of Mamre and said that God would give them a child the following year. Abraham and Sarah were already very old; and Sarah was past the age of childbearing. Nevertheless, His promise to them was fulfilled when Sarah gave birth to a son, Isaac, one year later. Abraham was 100 years old and Sarah was 90. I am glad that God always keeps his promises. This is the God we pray to, the God who loves us, and the God who has promised to save us through faith in Christ. I drew this picture as God fulfilled all the promises in Abraham’s life and Abraham had great faith in God.
