This shows you and me in heaven. All of us have eternal life. I chose this verse and drew this picture because it is my favourite verse in Matthew. I hope more people will go to Jesus and believe in Him, so that they will go to heaven when they die.

It is about Jesus dying for us out of love and how we should strive to walk in the Spirit as we live in the Spirit – in which the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
There are moments in our lives where despair and doubt seem to be very real to us, but God’s presence with us gives us the Hope and the Promise that He is near, that He is our help in time of need. God knows the storms in any situations we’ve had. While our doubt of His grace and capability to provide for us often causes us to sink into the water, He never fails to always shower us with His mercy. He sent Jesus to give us hands of hope while we are in the mist. He will help us to complete our life journey.
The act of holding someone’s hand represents our support for one another. In the Bible, God ‘held’ the hands of Moses, Daniel, and Noah in times of trial. In my life, I am grateful to God, my family and friends for holding my hand to get through difficult trials. Together, we are stronger.
In my artwork, Jesus is depicted as descending onto earth riding on a cloud. He is triumphantly returning to earth to judge the living and the dead. There is colour pencil blending involved in my artwork as well as paint used. I thought of this because I read in the Bible that it is prophesied that He will one day return. My painting which shows His return thus gives hope to all Christians around the world that their Saviour has come to redeem them.
