Jesus is the only human being who was completely pure and without sin. He died on the cross, bearing the punishment for all our sins; the just for the unjust. Through this sacrifice, all who believe in Him are forgiven and have eternal life.

“Be strong and courageous” were the words God spoke to the Israelites as they entered the Promised Land. They were uncertain yet hopeful in God’s promises. This verse has given me courage and strength as I enter Secondary School, knowing that God is with me wherever I go.
I made this piece to remind us of God’s promise that His mercies and compassion are new every morning. The felt spring blossoms are meant to bring to mind a new season. God is faithful. After the flood, He promised that as long as the earth remains, the cycles would continue predictably. This is God’s grace towards His creation. The birds, small as they are, which sing at the dawn of each new day, are also under God’s care. Because God is so merciful, faithful and loving, we can place our trust and hope in Him!
The battle of Jericho is one of the most astounding miracles in the Bible, proving that God stood with the Israelites. It proves that I should not be terrified or discouraged as God is always with me. There is no wall or mountain too big for Him!
In dark times, when life seems shattered and tears fall, we can cling onto God’s Promise that we will dance again – dance with child-like faith through the rain.
