My artwork depicts the entrance to heaven, where Jesus warmly welcomes a child. The girl is wearing rags but appears joyful as she looks up at Jesus. I wanted to give hope through this piece: a reminder to all children that Jesus is waiting for them, eager to welcome them back home to heaven.
