I depicted Peter denying Jesus three times after his arrest through a series of scenes. After Jesus' resurrection, he forgave Peter, asking him three times if he loved him. Each time, Peter affirmed his love, and Jesus restored him, commissioning him to spread his teachings. This narrative of peace and reconciliation inspired me to illustrate Peter's remorse and growing guilt culminating in Jesus' forgiveness. It's a poignant representation where Peter finds solace and reconciliation with Jesus, emphasizing the transformative power of forgiveness in their relationship and Peter's subsequent role in the early Christian community.
