There can only be peace with God when the sin that is separating God and us has been dealt with e.g. the stamped dove represents peace because the world had been judged in the Great Flood. Likewise, the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross to take the judgment for our sins in our place, and He rose again! Since the sin question has been settled (nailed to the cross) we can have peace with God and the joyful peace of God in our lives (represented by the colorful paper-quilled flowers).
