Daniel was thrown into the lion’s den for praying to God. He had the faith and courage to do what was right, and in the end, “Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God.” Likewise, we should have faith and courage when facing “lions” (adversities) in our lives. God is always with us, and will deliver us according to His will. Even in death, believers in the Lord Jesus Christ will ultimately emerge alive in eternity because of His death on the cross for our sins!
