My artwork was inspired by the story of Sermon on the Mount in the bible.
The HDB setting reflects my generation yet Jesus remains central—reminding me that His teachings from the Sermon on the Mount are still relevant today. As i witnessed my parents loving our sick neighbour and seeing him receiving Jesus it reminds me of Jesus's teaching.
The crowd gathered around Him portrays the idea of community and unity, living out Matthew 22:39, "And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
