In this piece, I wanted to portray the importance of peace. In Matthews 8, the disciples had neither outer nor inner peace. They feared the crashing waves and felt frustrated at Jesus for not helping, so they awoke Him. At His word, it was completely calm. I also wanted to highlight, through the disciples' shocked faces, that despite their disbelief, they were still saved. A picture of reconciliation. Likewise, let us remember that no matter what storms we face, and even if our faith is small, we're in Jesus' boat. What could stand against?
